✅ Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rapid FuelRewards mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including registered account holders and visitors.

🏪 Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering
• We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts at our discretion

⛽ Rewards Program Rules

• Earning: Rewards are earned by scanning valid fuel receipts from One Stop Lindsay (430 JM Lindsay Blvd, Lindsay TX 76250) only
• Rate: Standard rate is 5¢ per gallon. Bonus rates may apply during promotional periods and are subject to change without notice
• One receipt per fill-up: Each fuel purchase may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions are automatically rejected
• Minimum redemption: A minimum balance of $1.00 is required to redeem rewards
• Maximum redemption: Maximum single redemption is $50.00
• QR code expiry: Generated QR codes expire 10 minutes after creation and cannot be reused
• Reward expiry: Reward balances expire after 90 days of account inactivity (no receipt scans)
• No cash value: Rewards have no monetary value outside of the App redemption process and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Non-transferable: Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts

📷 Receipt Submission Policy

• Only receipts from One Stop Lindsay (430 JM Lindsay Blvd, Lindsay TX 76250) are accepted
• Receipts must be legible — the gallon amount, date, and total must be clearly visible
• Submitting receipts from other stores, altered receipts, or fabricated receipts constitutes fraud
• Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards
• We reserve the right to require manual admin review for any receipt

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit duplicate, altered, or fraudulent receipts
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn additional rewards
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the App or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or rewards to another person
• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

⚠️ Program Changes & Termination

• One Stop Lindsay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time
• Reward rates, redemption limits, and bonus promotions may change without prior notice
• In the event the program is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the App or email
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms

🔒 Intellectual Property

The Rapid FuelRewards name, logo, app design, and all associated content are owned by One Stop Lindsay. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

⚖️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. We are not responsible for any loss of rewards due to technical errors, provided we take reasonable steps to restore affected balances.

📜 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Stop Lindsay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rewards balance in your account at the time of the claim.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cooke County, Texas.
