Rapid FuelRewards Support

Fill up at One Stop Lindsay, then open the app and tap Scan Receipt. Take a photo of your receipt — we automatically read the gallons and add your reward to your balance. You earn 5¢ per gallon (more during bonus hours).

Once your balance reaches the minimum ($1.00), tap Redeem on the dashboard. A QR code will appear — show it to the cashier. They'll scan it and apply the discount. The code expires in 10 minutes so generate it at the register.

Receipts can be rejected if the image is blurry, the gallon total isn't visible, or a duplicate was already submitted. Retake the photo in good lighting with the full receipt in frame. If you believe it was rejected in error, contact us below and include a photo of the receipt.

During certain times (such as weekday mornings and afternoons), we offer higher rewards per gallon. Bonus rates apply automatically when you scan a qualifying receipt — no coupons needed. Check the app for the current bonus schedule.

Rewards expire after 90 days of account inactivity. As long as you scan at least one receipt every 90 days, your balance stays active and never expires.

Make sure you're signing in with the same method you used to register (Google or email). If you used email, tap Forgot Password on the login screen. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help you recover your account.

Currently Rapid FuelRewards is available on iPhone (iOS 13.4 or later). An Android version is in development — follow us for updates.

Force-close the app and reopen it. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with a description of what happened and which screen you were on — screenshots help a lot!
